2.5 Google
When you visit eiva.com, your visit will be shared with Google in order to make statistics and improve our website, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and target ads to you. Statistical, anonymous data is stored until they lose business relevance. We also share information about your use of our website with Google. 2.6 Newsletter/email subscription
When you sign up to receive emails from EIVA, we will store and use the personal data provided in the form to keep you informed about EIVA’s news, insights and articles to let you know what we’re up to. This makes it easier for you to stay updated without actively having to hunt down the information yourself.
EIVA will only save the information you provide when signing up for the newsletter (company name, your name, (job title,) email address). We will never sell your information to a third party.
You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of a newsletter and it will take immediate effect.
We use Mailchimp as the service provider for our newsletter. Their privacy policy is available at www.mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
Mailchimp automatically place single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every email containing the newsletter sent by us. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable Mailchimp and us to recognise when our Contacts have opened a newsletter email or clicked certain links. These technologies record each Contact’s email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a newsletter email. Mailchimp use this data to create reports for us about how a newsletter email performed and what actions Contacts took.

When you visit eiva.com, your visit will be shared with LinkedIn to enable us to create statistics and improve our website, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and target ads to you. LinkedIn can combine this data with other information you have provided to them or as they have collected from your use of their services.
2.8 Leadfeeder
When you visit eiva.com, your visit will be registered with Leadfeeder in order for us to make statistics and improve our website, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and target marketing to you.

2.10 Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (eg how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymised user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

2.11 Zoom
When attending an EIVA LIVE webinar on Zoom, your visit will be registered. Zoom uses cookies or similar technologies to analyse trends, administer and track your movements. Zoom gathers information about where you access Zoom and how you use it.

3. Use of personal information
Personal information is never shared with third parties unless you explicitly give us your consent to do so. We do not collect personal information unless you have provided your information by registering, buying products, participating in a survey or the like. Personal information is used to complete the purchase or accomplish the service for which the information was provided. Personal information is also used to gain more knowledge about you and other users of our website as further described in Article 2 of this Cookie and Privacy Policy.
3.1 Contact regarding personal information
If you would like access to the information registered about you in our system, please contact us. If incorrect data is registered, or if you have other objections, please contact us. Under the provisions of the Danish Privacy Act, you have the right to access information registered about you, and you may object to having your data registered.
3.2 Protection of personal information
In accordance with the Danish Privacy Act, your personal information must be saved securely and confidentially. We save your personal information on computers which have limited access and which are stored in controlled facilities. Our security measures are inspected regularly to assess if your personal information is being handled securely and in continued consideration of your rights as a user. We cannot, however, guarantee 100% security when transferring data via the Internet. This means that there may be a risk that others can gain unjustified access to your information when data is transmitted and stored electronically. Therefore, you provide your personal information at your own risk. Personal information is deleted or made anonymous when the purpose for which it was collected is no longer relevant. The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal information may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for treatment of personal information. Under the provisions of the Danish Privacy Act, you have the right to access information about personal information relating to you. If the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to our treatment of your personal information. You can also at any time withdraw your consent, and you have the right to complain about the treatment of information and data relating to you. 4. Recruitment
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when in contact with job applicants, depending on the stage of the recruitment process a candidate has reached, candidate data will handled and processed differently and differing rights will apply.
