I have personally used EIVA software since 2006, and was impressed by the continual development of their products. As Ocean-Tec have a long-standing working relationship with EIVA, having previously delivered training courses in the UK, becoming an EIVA representative was a logical step. We look forward to this new chapter in our working relationship and to assisting EIVA continue their software development,’ said Ocean-Tec MD Bob McLeod.

Within this swathe of projects, they have also supplied onshore support to installation entities in both oil & gas and cable sectors. With experience in both fibre optic and power sectors Ocean-Tec Systems are familiar with all the components of the cable lay workflow, as well as all the relevant details to be considered when establishing the setup necessary to carry out this type of operation.

Ocean-Tec Systems has considerable expertise in this type of operation, so with the new representative agreement we are able to ensure our customers a cable lay specialist as a point of contact’, said EIVA CEO Jeppe Nielsen.
