Celebrating a record high profit with employee bonus

More than 46 million DKK (before bonus payments). This is the profit before tax in the 2024 annual report for EIVA. In the past year, we have grown strategically, both our team and activities globally. As we have scaled up, the profit and employee satisfaction are keeping up with the pace.

At EIVA, the employees are crucial to our success, and we therefore paid a bonus to all employees equivalent to two extra monthly salaries. This was paid out both in 2024 and thanks to the continued growth again now, in 2025.

In addition to achieving record-high profits, EIVA has demonstrated high employee satisfaction. This year we were certified as a Happy Workplace by Zoios, a third-party company specialised in measuring employee well-being.

Headquartered in Denmark, EIVA has historically been a technology partner for the safe execution of energy assets in especially the North Sea; activities that are now spreading more and more to the rest of the world, thus providing an opportunity to strengthen EIVA's international presence even further. EIVA's customers are found around the world, and the engineering company has a team of over 100 employees globally, with more than 20 different nationalities. In addition to Denmark, the EIVA team has locations in USA, Germany, Singapore, the Philippines, Brazil, Romania and the UK. In 2019, EIVA also became part of the UK's Covelya Group, consisting of other leading companies in the maritime industry whose expertise complements EIVA's software and sensor platforms.

EIVA's high level of activity will continue sailing forward in 2025, and we already have hired several talented new members of the team this year.
